2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on our monthly and annual subscription plans. If you're not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.

Note: This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and excludes setup fees, custom development work, and third-party services.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Unused portions of prepaid services due to service termination by us
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Services not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • Significant service outages exceeding our SLA commitments

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Setup fees and onboarding costs
  • Custom development or consulting work already performed
  • Third-party software licenses or services
  • Services used for more than 30 days
  • Refund requests due to user error or misunderstanding
  • Services terminated due to policy violations
  • Renewal fees (must cancel before renewal date)

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Please note:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months unless within the 30-day guarantee period
  • Annual subscriptions must be cancelled at least 30 days before renewal

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer
  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions

7. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds:

  • For service outages that exceed our SLA commitments
  • As compensation for service disruptions
  • For billing errors or technical issues
  • Credits are applied to your account for future use
  • Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue
